Add the lead form
Add a Lead Form block and choose text, email, telephone, textarea, or select fields. A form can contain up to 20 fields; password fields are not supported. Set an optional confirmation email before publishing.
Keep submissions clean
Whooshly applies Turnstile, honeypot, and rate-limit protections. Submissions are stored in the Leads inbox, with up to 100,000 stored submissions per account.
Export or deliver
Review and filter submissions in Leads, export a CSV, or configure a signed webhook. Webhook delivery includes retries so your receiving system can recover from a temporary failure.
