Publish an event and collect RSVPs

Create a public event page, set capacity and guest rules, and let people RSVP without creating an account.

Add the event details

Set the title, cover media, date and time, timezone, venue or online location, description, and organizer contact. The timezone defaults sensibly from your context but remains an explicit event setting you can confirm.

Set the RSVP rules

Enable free RSVP, allow 1–10 guests, optionally request guest names, and set one shared capacity pool. Duplicate RSVPs are handled privately so a visitor does not expose another attendee's registration.

Publish the page

Events are free to create on every plan. Publish at events.whooshly.co/ without claiming a separate subdomain, then share the event URL or its QR code.
