Sell tickets from an event page

Configure ticket tiers, accept payment through Stripe, and give every purchased ticket a private QR page.

Create ticket tiers

Add up to 12 ticket tiers with names, prices, inventory, and descriptions. Buyers can purchase 1–10 tickets per checkout. Tickets draw from the event's one shared seat pool and may also have a per-tier capacity.

Choose the checkout

Use native Stripe Connect direct-charge checkout or link to an organizer-owned external checkout. Organizers do not need an existing Stripe account to use native checkout; Stripe verifies identity and bank details for payouts. Stripe processing fees are separate from Whooshly's platform fee.

Know the fee and currency boundaries

Whooshly's ticket fee is 5% on Free/trial, 3% on Core, and 2% on Business or Pro. The organizer can absorb or pass through that fee. Currency follows the connected organizer account's eligible/default settlement currency today; automatic buyer-local currency and Adaptive Pricing are not currently supported.

What happens after payment

Payment webhooks are the source of truth. A successful purchase creates a private page and QR code for each ticket and sends the buyer a confirmation email with a Stripe receipt link. Refund status is tracked, buyers receive refund notices, and organizer notifications are also available.
